Selected candidates will be placed at E2 level in the pay scale of:

During the one-year On-The-Job Training (OJT), Executive Trainees will receive the applicable pay and benefits. After successful completion of training, candidates will be regularized at E2 level in the same pay scale, subject to the applicable conditions.

Selection will be based on GATE 2027 marks, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).
Selection Stages
- GATE 2027: Candidates must appear in the relevant EE or CS paper and qualify according to the prescribed GATE qualifying marks.
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted category-wise for GD and PI based on normalized GATE 2027 marks out of 100.
- Behavioral Assessment: Shortlisted candidates may also undergo a Behavioral Assessment. Its result is used as an input during the interview and carries no qualifying marks.
